Questions before you join?

What happens if I cannot make an appointment one month?

You still pay for that month, and you may roll over up to one unused hour. Monthly bonuses do not roll over and must be used during the month they are offered. If death, medical concerns, job changes, or another serious life situation affects your ability to continue, please reach out to me. Life happens, and I will work with you whenever possible to find a fair solution.

How does rollover time work?

You may roll over one unused hour at a time. You do not have to use it the very next month. However, if you miss another month before using the rolled over hour, that original hour is lost because only one hour may be carried forward at a time.

How do I pay each month?

Your $75 membership payment is due at your first appointment each month.

Does my membership end after six months?

Your first appointment begins a six month commitment. After those six months, your membership continues as long as you want to remain a member. If you decide it is no longer right for you, simply do not rebook.

What happens if I cancel before my six month commitment is complete?

If you choose to end your membership early, any membership services and bonuses already used may be adjusted to their regular service price. If a medical, family, job, or other serious life situation makes continuing difficult, please reach out to me. Life happens, and I will work with you whenever possible to find a fair solution.

Can I use my 60 minutes more than one way?

Yes. Your 60 minutes are yours to use however you would like. You may use them all in one appointment, divide them into two, three, or four appointments, or use them for more than one service.s.

Can I share my membership time with someone else?

Membership time is for the member who joined and cannot be shared with another person.

What happens if I am late or miss an appointment?

If you arrive late, that time will come from your membership hour unless I have enough time available without affecting the next client. If you need to cancel, simply reschedule within that month when possible. A missed appointment without calling or showing up will be discussed and may affect future booking availability.

How does the monthly member bonus work?

Each month includes a complimentary member bonus. You may use it with your regular membership hour or book it separately. The bonus must be used during the month it is offered and does not use any of your membership minutes.

What does my 20% discount apply to?

Members receive 20% off all regularly priced Hartline Hair services and retail.

Can members earn and use loyalty rewards?

Yes. Spa Members earn loyalty rewards, and those rewards may be used toward anything, including membership fees.

Is the number of memberships limited?

Yes. Memberships are limited so every member and salon client has time to slow down after her service and never feels rushed through the appointment.
